This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "He or She: Cute Pet Quiz Game" (hereinafter referred to as "App") created by Dmytro Yermolaiev (hereinafter referred to as "Developer"). The App is provided as a casual game and is intended for use "AS IS".

The App does not collect personally identifiable information directly. However, it uses third-party services that may collect limited data for analytics and advertising.

In-App Purchases

Payments are handled by the platform (Google Play / Apple App Store). The App does not collect any billing data.

Pet Photo Submissions

You may choose to send a photo of your pet to our email address heorshe.game@gmail.com to be featured in the App. This is completely optional and not required to use the App.

By submitting a photo, you agree to the following:

• You confirm that you own the rights to the photo and have permission to share it.
• You grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and exclusive license to use, modify, and display the photo within the app, in promotional materials, and in any monetized content (such as trailers or videos).
• The Developer reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove any submitted photos at any time.

If you later wish to remove a submitted image, you can request removal by contacting heorshe.game@gmail.com.

Children

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be securely deleted.

Cookies

This App does not use cookies.

Ads

The App may display interest-based ads via AdMob. This may include use of your advertising ID, IP address, or device info to personalize ads. You can manage ad preferences in your device settings.

Data Collection and Deletion

This App uses analytics services (such as Mixpanel) to collect anonymous gameplay and usage data. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify individual users. As a result, we are unable to fulfill individual data deletion requests. However, all collected data is automatically deleted after a retention period of 90 days.
