These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the mobile app "He or She: Cute Pet Quiz Game" (the "App") developed by Dmytro Yermolaiev (the "Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the App. You may not translate the App or create derivative works based on it. All trademarks, copyrights, and content are owned by the Developer unless otherwise stated.

The App is intended for entertainment purposes only. While we strive to maintain functionality and quality, we may update or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also introduce new features or premium content in the future.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to provide functionality and improve performance. These include:

Internet Connection

Some features of the App require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the App.

Pet Photo Submissions

You may choose to send a photo of your pet to our email address heorshe.game@gmail.com to be featured in the App. This is completely optional and not required to use the App.

By submitting a photo, you agree to the following:

• You confirm that you own the rights to the photo and have permission to share it.
• You grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and exclusive license to use, modify, and display the photo within the app, in promotional materials, and in any monetized content (such as trailers or videos).
• The Developer reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove any submitted photos at any time.

If you later wish to remove a submitted image, you can request removal by contacting heorshe.game@gmail.com.

App Updates and Termination

The App may receive periodic updates. You agree to accept these updates to continue using the App. We reserve the right to terminate access to the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of any updated terms. The latest version will always be available at this page.
